Kindly note that we do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO, FPO addresses, or freight forwarding companies.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders above $75 USD.
Orders under $75 USD are subject to a standard shipping fee.
How long will delivery take?
- Orders are dispatched within 3-4 business days.
- Delivery times range from 1-14 business days depending on the destination.

Can I cancel or update my order? Or change my shipping address?
As our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, please carefully review the details of your order. Lomenda will NOT be able to modify any of the order details once you click submit.
How can I track my order?
Have an account?
Log in to your Lomenda account and go to "My Orders" to check your order status. Once your order is packed and ready for shipment, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
Don't have an account?
You can create one now using the same email address you used for your order, and it will show up under "My Orders".

| Shipped | Your order has been packed and is on the way to you. Kindly note that the tracking may take some time to be scanned into the courier's system to reflect any activity or movement. |
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is the return policy?
We offer 30-day returns for all customers. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be in their original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included).
- No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

What is the exchange policy?
We do not have a formal exchange program. If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or size, please process it as a return and place a new order on our website for your preferred item.

PAYMENT
What payment method do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Union Pay and Shop Pay.
How are refund process?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lomenda.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How do discount codes work?
You can apply a discount code by entering it in the "Add coupon code" field in your shopping cart.
Only one discount can be used per order. If you try to apply a second discount code, our system will automatically select the better deal and the other discount will not be applied. Discount codes cannot be combined with free shipping discounts, referral credits, referral codes, or any other type of discount. Lomenda reserves the right to hold or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.
Please note that Lomenda gift cards are excluded from all discounts.
