RETURN POLICY
Please check the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return.
We offer 30-day returns for all customers, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be in their original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included).
- No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
All below items are non-returnable:
- Engraved and Monogrammed Products
- Jewelry Care Kit
- Items purchased with a Gift Card or Voucher.
- Clearance items that have been clearly labeled as not eligible for returns/exchange.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURN PROCESS

We are pleased to offer 2 return options:
- Ship your return parcel (at your cost) to a designated address in your country. You will not receive a shipping label from Lomenda.
- We create a return label for you to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of $15 USD (or equivalent in other currencies) per shipment will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and handling.
Elsewhere
- Returns must be shipped to our returns provider in Hong Kong (where import duties/taxes do not apply).
- The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice.
- For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@lomenda.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
